What is Z Score Inc.?

Z Score Inc. is a private evaluation consultancy based in Albany, New York. For the last 15 years, principal investigators Dr. Dean T. Spaulding and Evan Seiden have served as evaluators in both education and industry. Z Score provides both program evaluation services, as well as in-service and professional development training to school districts, federal and state agencies and not-for-profit organizations. 

Some of our clients include: The National Science Foundation, the U.S. Department of Education, The New York State Department of Education, Union College, New York State VESID, State University of New York at Albany/SUNY, and the State University of New York at Binghamton/SUNY, New York Institute of Technology (NYIT), and New York City Board of Education.
