Dr. Dean T. Spaulding holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and Program Evaluation from the State University at Albany/SUNY. Dr. Spaulding has worked as a private evaluator for over 15 years. Dr. Spaulding is also an associate faculty member at The College of Saint Rose, Albany, New York where he teaches educational research and program evaluation. He is the former chair for Teaching Program Evaluation for the American Evaluation Association. He is the author of the best-selling book Program Evaluation in Practice (2008), Jossey-Bass Wiley. Dr. Spaulding is also one of the authors of Educational Research: Theory to Practice (2010), Jossey-Bass Wiley.
